WannaBargain Shipping Policy Postage WannaBargain aims to post out parcels within 24 hours of receiving your order and payment. (if orders are placed on weekends, it will be shipped on Monday with the exception of public holidays. We ship anywhere within Australia where Australia Post will deliver. We use Australia Post for ordinary size parcels. Oversized parcels will be delivered by TNT. We can ship internationally too, international shipping can be arranged and relevant international freight charges apply (as quoted by Australia Post or FEDEX). We will confirm that your order has been received. A shipping notice will also be sent with details of when your goods are posted. Our office is based in Brisbane, Australia. Unfortunately we do not allow pick up. How can i work out my postage costs? If you add the product or products that you are interested in to your cart and then go to view cart, you will see an option there to calculate shipping costs. By entering your post code the different shipping method and associated costs will display for you. You can then easily click the option you would like to use and proceed with placing your order. If though you do not wish to proceed with your order, simply go back and "remove" product or products from your cart to cancel your order. What happens if my goods get lost in transit? There are different methods of shipping that you can choose when completing your order. Regular Post: If an item is lost in transit, you should get in contact with WannaBargain support team via info@wannabargain.com.au. We will then make contact with Australia Post to lodge a lost item report with proof of purchase, tracking numbers and other relevant information that Australia Post require. Australia Post guarantee that items will get to their destination as addressed and if item is lost they will provide compensation of up to $50. You can choose to increase the value of cover by paying $1.30 for each additional $100 amount. eg- if you wanted to have the value of cover increased to $250 then you would need to pay the normal postage cost plus an additional $2.60 for the increased cover. Registered Post: If you choose registered post, your item will be delivered to your local Australia Post office. They will give you a note to pick up your parcel from them. You will need to sign for the parcel and provide photo ID at the post office. If your item is lost in transit you will need to make contact with WannaBargain support team via info@wannabargain.com.au and we will contact Australia Post to lodge a report for the lost item and provide proof of purchase, tracking number etc. if your item is lost, Australia Post will provide cover for up to $100. If you would like to increase the value of cover a charge of $1.30 per additional $100 value applies. Item will be delivered to your local Australia Post store and they will notify you when it is ready for pick up. In any instance where you believe that your parcel has been lost in transit you will need to make contact with WannaBargain support team via info@wannabargain.com.au as Australia Post require the sender to lodge the lost item report. If item is lost in transit Australia Post will provide compensation amount to WannaBargain, then WannaBargain will provide refund to you (value of compensation is the amount as determined by the type of postage you selected, see information above). WannaBargain can send another parcel for you upon receipt of payment (refund from Australia Post plus any additional funds that may be needed to make up the value of total purchase price). WannaBargain Product Warranty & Returns Policy 12 month warranty All products purchased from wannabargain come with warranty and are fully guaranteed. We provide a 12month warranty on all consumer electronics products. To make a warranty claim, please follow the following procedure: If there is a manufacturer’s warranty card enclosed please follow the instructions on that card to contact the manufacturer for technical assistance or to make a claim. If there is no warranty card enclosed, please send an email to admin@wannabargain.com.au and include in your email: Order number (on your invoice) Date of purchase Detailed description of the problem Your contact details including phone number, email address and name Someone from WannaBargain will contact you to discuss the matter and if it is concluded that the product has a manufacture fault we will proceed with a warranty claim and we will ask you to return the product to us and we will provide a refund or a comparable replacement product. In some cases if the fault cannot be identified over the phone or via email, wannabargain may ask you to return the product to us so we can ascertain if the fault is indeed a manufacturer’s fault and then we will proceed with the warranty claim if you are returning goods, you must receive a RA number from WannaBargain prior to returning goods If returning the product please include the following information on the outside of your return package: The original order number Your Full Name RA Number (as provided by WannaBargain before you send item back) Exclusions Replacements or refunds under warranty do not apply if the product has not been installed, operated and maintained in accordance with any instructions provided with the product. If the product has been used in a manner other than for which it was designed, to the extent permitted by relevant legislation, wannabargain.com.au expressly excludes any liability for any consequential loss (including for loss of revenue or loss of use) arising from or in any way relating to the purchase or use of the product. Damaged or faulty items There are occasionally items that do not work as intended, or get damaged in transit. In the event of this happening with an item you have received, please email us on admin@wannabargain.com.au and give a full detailed description of the problem, as well as your contact details and order number. Depending on the problem our customer service team will determine how best to resolve it with minimal inconvenience to you. If it is found that the item you received is faulty then we will exchange it at no cost to you. If there is no stock left of that exact model you may be given the option to swap it for a similar product at no charge or we can provide you with a full refund (amount of refund is the original price as per your purchase order). 7 day money back guarantee We at WannaBargain are confident that you will love the product that you have purchased, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of taking delivery to advise that you will be returning the product. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, subject to the terms and conditions listed below: Prior to sending product back, you must email admin@wannabargain.com.au to advise us that you intend to return the product with your contact details and details of the product you purchased. WannaBargain support team will provide you with a RA (return authority) number, you must obtain this before shipping any goods back. If a refund is made, it will be in the amount of the original purchase price as per your invoice in our system. The 7 Day period will commence on the date that the customer accepts delivery of the product. If there is no proof of delivery, delivery date will be noted as 4 business days from the date of dispatch of the product. The product must be returned to wannabargain within 14 days of requesting a refund. Returned products must be returned in re-saleable condition. After receiving the returned product, wannabargain will issue a refund as soon as is reasonably practicable and provide you with e-mail acknowledgement of the refund.
